Equity Trustees – Ivy H & Arthur Thomas Trust - $10,000. 5% of requests to TADVIC come from people with disabilities such as Post Polio Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Sclerosis who are unable to lift themselves unaided from sitting to standing. TADVIC assists these people by making lifting platforms to move them from the floor, from chairs and from their cars. William Buckland Trust - $35,000. To develop a new and improved project database. The new database will enable staff to do their work more efficiently and will increase our capacity to access, maintain and dissemminate accurate information between the metropolitan and 10 regional branches without timely delays.
