TADVIC Cooperative Ltd (TADVIC) is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, store and use some of your personal information so we can help people with disabilities and their carers.

All personal information including sensitive information collected by TADVIC is collected in accordance with the laws aimed to help protect Victorians' privacy. These are:

• The Privacy Act (Commonwealth) covers Federal government departments and agencies and the private sector.
  

• The Information Privacy Act (Vic) covers Victorian public sector agencies and local councils , and
  

• The Health Records Act (Vic) deals specifically with health information.

This information will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third party without your consent.

The information collected by TADVIC is for the purposes of processing your enquiry, request, registration, donation and/or for promotional purposes. TADVIC discloses personal and sensitive information to the TADVIC volunteer/employee involved in the provision of the service you have requested. If you are giving personal information about another person, e.g. next of kin, you should seek their permission beforehand and advise why you are disclosing their details to TADVIC.
